Since 2006, Sixing company has invested heavily in the independent research and development of neutral borosilicate glass tube with expansion coefficient of 5.0. The whole process flow is independently designed from the use of glass tube raw materials to melting process, drawing process and finished product packaging and warehousing.

According to the ISO international standard, the hydrolysis resistance grade I of glass tube particle method is that the acid consumption is less than 1ml, the international value of the same industry is 0.35ml, and we are 0.2ml (the smaller the value, the better the quality). This technology has obtained the inspection certificate of the American authoritative testing organization SGS, and this product has reached the international advanced level.
Our ampoule production adopts the new and world advanced (fa36s) 36 station production model of okmi company in Italy. The production line is equipped with automatic tube feeding device, online printing device, dot scoring device and color ring device, which can produce ampoules with different color rings, two-color rings, three-color rings and easy folding rings, B, C and D bottles can be produced respectively.
The annealing device is a full-automatic far-infrared online annealing furnace, which can safely and effectively ensure the annealing quality of ampoules.
Our ampoule machine is also equipped with an online camera size and appearance detection system, which can detect all defects of ampoules at the same time, 100% of ampoules can be detected, and 100% of ampoules passing the detection are guaranteed to be qualified. The production line is also equipped with a production information recording system to automatically generate product inspection reports
It is particularly worth mentioning that our packaging system is collision free and fully automatic manipulator packaging, so as to avoid collision and scratch in the packaging process and ensure the safety and reliability of ampoule packaging quality.
The product quality complies with ISO international standards and domestic YBB standards, and can fully meet the requirements of European Pharmacopoeia and American Pharmacopoeia.

We have formulated a defect evaluation form for the defects of ampoules, and carried out quality control for 95 defects, covering all defect items, which can make you completely rest assured of our product quality.
Our medicinal glass vials series includes controlled injection vials, screw mouth vials, groove vials and oral liquid bottle. The color is divided into clear and amber, and the specification is from 1ml to 100ml. The product standard meets the requirements of YBB and ISO. A professional product R & D team makes it according to your special requirements, and the product quality meets the requirements of USP and European Pharmacopoeia.
After the glass tube is produced, it is transported to the bottle making workshop by a single conveyor chain, and then inserted into the machine by a manipulator to start production. Then enter the far-infrared electric annealing furnace for annealing, then enter the online camera detection system for detection, and then pack and store in the warehouse.
It is particularly worth mentioning that the products produced by each person, each machine and each shift are automatically transmitted to different storage bin, and then automatically coded on the pallet and automatically stored in the temporary storage area before loading, so as to ensure that the products of each pallet are produced by one person and one production line, and to ensure that the products of each pallet can be traced to single person and single machine in case of quality problems.
