Vials range in volume from 0.5mL to 240mL and can be produced in small batches. The product portfolio covers all types of vials, i.e. standard vials, screw vials, straight vials and flares etc.
The diameter and height of the entire vial or parts such as the body, rim, neck or lip can be measured to ensure dimensional and mass physical and chemical compliance to specifications. Bottom forming and blowback geometry are controlled based on statistical random sampling, or better yet, by 100% visual inspection.
