Withstand High Temperatures Neutral Glass Tube
The glass tube is mainly a cylindrical hollow product. Their special shape combined with a wide variety of glass types (such as borosilicate, flint, aluminosilicate, soda lime, lead or quartz glass) allows the use of glass tubes in many applications. For example, laboratory glassware, lighting applications, solar thermal systems, and pharmaceutical packaging are among the best. [1]
In the past, scientists built their own laboratory equipment before interchangeable frosted glass joints became common. Nowadays, commercially available parts connected by frosted glass joints are the first choice; when special glassware is needed, they are measured by professional glass blowers using commercially available glass tubes. For example, the Schlenk production line consists of two large glass tubes, which are connected to a smaller glass tube by a stopcock, and then connected to a plastic hose.
1, rotation speed: in a centrifuge tube expansion process, the rotational speed and diameter determined centrifugal force. When the pipe diameter is constant, the higher the speed, the greater the centrifugal force. Under the action of centrifugal force, the larger the pipe diameter, the slower the speed. Thus, during the pipe expansion rate should be used as the basis to the diameter of the glass tube
2, the wall thickness is determined, and the corresponding temperature. Heating and softening the pressure in the pipe expansion process, the control diameter sizing device mainly depends on a set of synchronous rotation of the glass tube, it requires a wider range of speeds.
