Impact of the appearance quality problem after potting
1 The flat head is a flat but not brushed on the top of the ampoule. Cause: The preheating flame and the brushed flame are too small; the axle bearing rotation is not flexible or too small; the individual ampoule wall is too thick. Workaround: Strengthen two sets of flame fires before and after; replace the new bearing or adjust the inner spring in the ampoule, strengthen the pressure, so that the ampoule is rotated, form a brushed wire; clear unqualified ampoule.
2 The tip of the tip of the ampoule is tipped. Cause: The flame is too small; the tempering time is too short after the ampoule is too short; the brushed hose is higher than the horizontal center of the flame level; the individual ampoule wall is too thick. Workaround: Strengthen the strength of the brushed flame; adjust the control of the fire head cam, extend the tempering time; adjust the distance between the drawing clip below 1 mm of the flame level center line (mechanical normal position); clear unqualified ampoule.
